You're supposed to take this and go straight to bed. I took it and stayed up to see if it did make me sleepy. It knocked me out in my computer chair then I was sleep typing to my friends and when I woke up in bed I thought I had a funny dream. I told my dad that I had a dream that the words on the computer screen where dancing and laying backwards and my IM boxes where melting and moving and my dad said "You told me that last night." I dont see what people get out of being high.

but seriously, it is rubbish, used it myself lots of times and I wisely aint using it no more.

i woke up halluciating when i snorted seroquel and ambien its like tripping on mushrooms or LSD like its weird but thats my type!

k so i jus have been pescribed this, 10mgs did not put me to sleep an this was with me also taking 1mg of xanax an hour or so before hand... an i stayed up... is 10mgs a low dose? i had no hallucinations it felt like takin alot of benzos mabey... jus wondering if anyone has the same effect from it. ill try it again tonight see what happens, i do not want to get messed up from this i jus need sleep, an wouldnt mind seein what else the drug dose to me.

anything you do everyday will be addicting... esspecialy if its to cure a "problem" you have such as not being able to fall asleep. this is proly the wrong place to ask this, but im perscribed xanax an it does not put me to sleep. i was thinking about asking my doctor for ambein? ive self medicated with Marijuana for sleep, it works, i dont sleep to long, dont wake up with a hang over? i mean besides its legality. it seems zolpidem is alot harder of a drug than Marijuana? plus the after effect

just smoke weed its the best sleep aid out there
