People don't know just how good these opera singers are. Their voices so beautiful and their technique is amazingly good. Some pop singers hit like a C6 and people go wow their amazing well yes great C6 is high but these sopranos are hitting them live over and over without braking sweat and singing without a mic.

She reaches that G6 so easily!
This is such a great performance, excellent work Natalie!

Namely notable but sadly mostly neglected great composers Josef Myslivecek, J.C. Bach, Antonio Salieri, and Vicente Martin y Soler {the Spanish 'mozart', whose second [out of total seven] opera serias, 'Ipermestra' demands a sustained G6, for longer bars than in this aria, supposedly according to musicologists! I read this in an accompanying essay in the opera seria: 'Ifigenia in Aulide' [by Martin Y Soler], researched by leading musicologists, and conductor Juan Bautista Otero.
It's songs like these that make me thing, dayum, I'm glad I'm a dramatic soprano. Nuts to that sort of thing!
I love her voice, and it was a beautiful performance, but I have always prefered a bery strong, emotional voice rather than a lilting flower voice. I think it's because I always new the latter was beyond my reach. x3! Beautiful, just beautiful.

@anonymousgothcat Wow lucky! Great dramatic voices are in short supply these days! But it is lovely that others have beautiful flowery voices like Natalie :) She joked that she wished she woke up from her vocal surgery as a Wagnerian soprano...she loves the big dramatic repertoire she could never sing! We all must deal with what we have...
