There's a spot like right after you mark the first truck where you can kill about 9-10 guys with one grenade. (You have to mark the first truck again because I haven't been able to do this without dying) When the guys who were guarding the first truck leave, look to see where they go. (They'll go out a gate into a common area with a lean-to. Keep advancing to the point where Dusty says to "Stay in the shadows" and let the last two guys walk by and join the group, cook a frag in there and presto!
