The Making of a John McCain Attack Video

Watch closely as John McCain staffer Matt Ligouri holds a video camera and tapes US Senate candidate JD Hayworth as he speaks. Once the video taping has occurred, it is handed off to a high level McCain staffer who determines if there is any usable content or expressions that can be used in an attack ad against JD Hayworth. The video is then handed off to Richard Sales who will transform it into something completely unrelated to what JD Hayworth states in the video. Through the process of speeding up the tape, accentuating facial expressions, or enhancing color tones, McCain's ad team hopes to produce something embarrassing to JD Hayworth that they can use to manipulate voters.
