Great stuff! I'm so old I predate this movie. Too bad musicals are seldom made

anymore.

I saw Betty live in the 1960s. She was touring in "Hello, Dolly!". After the performance

she came out of her dressing room wearing a white fur coat, dark glasses (it was midnight)

and just swished by all of us autograph seekers.

@rockgor Hi young fellow. Glad you are so good looking. Must be a hard cross to bear, but struggle on. Ha!! Boy I would love to have seen Miss Grable in person. Just curious, do you remember the movie "The Dolly Sisters?" I thought of that when you mentioned Hello Dolly. Sort of strange twist of fate isn't it. She and June Haver, I think, were tremendous in that grand old sisters movie. I join in your lament over musicals. I read they will never make them again Cost to much. Charlie

There is nothing like these old movies, today's movies are not as good quality like these old movies and TV shows.

Charlie, I could watch this one all night if I did not have to get up early. As it is, I'll watch it 2 or 3 times. LOL!!!
