ahahha that crap is hard to take off you gotta play with it for a while just hold onto the edge and push up. I know its hard but try

this happened to me the first time i changed the shell. u have to get ur fingernail into the little part in between the shell and the black thing that says sharp and push it out. after that it kinda loosened up for me and now comes off perfectly
