The downfall of industry killed America ! Corrution is killing some cities, not all, I think cities like Seattle, San Francisco, Minniapolis, Phoenix and San Diego are model cities, and others to. Philadelphia is a world class city, although the ghetto metality is what is gripping the city now. The schools have failed, inept city officials, missapropriated funds, a transit system that has the highest number of dissability claims of any transit company in America, How do these things happen here?

Those were some nice apartments! South Street looks like it rocks. I won't mind living there, I can't wait to get out of this Missouri town, called St.Louis. No offence to any one, but hey you gotta do what you gotta do. Right?
