Cool! I have got two question's. 1.) Are you selling this app? If you are: 2.) How much & whats the name of it? The reason I am asking is because I want this in my home also. Nice Video & Nice Home Automation/Home Theater Setup.

@ghostaliaz Hi there. The app was written in CQC (charmed quark controller). Every install is unique so it wouldn't plug-n-play to your setup but could easily be modified to do so. Feel free to drop me a line if you are interested in a copy of the code (youtube username is same as website address). FYI, I can also reccommend CommandFusion which I have been working on recently. Quite a bit lower level environment which has more function but does require a MUCH higher level of coding

I should have mentioned, I wrote this app using charmed quark controller. I did evaluate all the tools out there and found cqc to have the most powerful and flexible back end.
