I got the DD502 from Gear4Music and is is black rubber or white plastic?

great job man...but id still prefer an acoustic set...hehehe maybe im just not used to hearing the sound of an electric set...keep playing man!!

Thanks for the comment. I too prefer the acoustic set myself, which I used to have. The electronic set doesnt sound that bad, but you definitely will have a crappy time bouncing on the snare heads. The sound recording sucks on this video though.

I just bought this exact kit. I didn't get it yet, and I'm getting a weird mix up in descriptions online.
The MKII has black heads right? Are they hard plastic like the previous DD502 with white heads or are those new blackheads rubber? (snare/toms)

The ones I have have the white plastic heads. It says MKII on my box and this is exactly what it was. Theres no black rubber heads on mine. The only rubber pieces are both cymbals and he hi-hat.
