G-Darius (1997) by Taito. This is level 1 from my 21,886,590 Omicron route 1CC. Omicron route is generally known as the hardest route.
Route is: alA/gaF/zeK/kaS/omU
This is the PC version of the game. Compared to PSX version it has a lot less slowdown and so closer to the actual arcade version.
Zone Boss: Eclipse eye
All music tracks are from G-Darius arcade OST.
Hmm, I saw on your description you mention that the PC version has a lot less slowdown and was closer to the Arcade version. Have you ever played the pSX version?

@SilverDespot What's a pSX? Some kind of new console?
Jokes aside I'm pretty sure the description is somewhat flawed. In general the PC version does run faster but there are places where it does run slower too. It's not really that close to the Arcade version but it's still closer than the PS1 or PS2 version. And when I say slowdown it usually means times when there are lots of bullets on screen or there's lots of 3D animation. Also the PC version is a port from the PS1 version.

@lte7 I guess it would depend on the user's system (graphics card, ram etc). But most of the emulators have been slower and less 'stable' at times. The game runs a lot faster and a lot more fluid on my PSX (PS1).

@SilverDespot I was speaking in case where the emulator runs how it's supposed to. It might be smoother on real hardware but the speed of the game is generally faster on this version or PS1 emulation. This is from the comparison between PC, PS1, PS2 and ARC versions of G-Darius I did back in 2009.
I just wish this ran correctly in MAME since that would definately be the best version to emulate.
