@Stussmeister - As others have posted, it's "42nd Street" from the movie and play of the same name. Carl Stalling often used it in urban settings, and this is one of the best examples of his use of the song. Nothing like the roar of the brassy Warner orchestra, especially with Stalling at the baton!
