A demonstration of the original factory timing sequence for Darley Simplex D-480 traffic signals dating from the late 1920s through WW-II. The purpose of the video is to help collectors replicate the proper signal sequence when restoring old Darley signals.

There were three of these (one facing each direction) at the point where Ohio Route 45 ended at Ohio 7/39 in Wellsville, Ohio, up until 1972, when the state constructed the bypass around that town. I loved visiting my grandmother there, just to see all the unique signals in Wellsville.

i dont think he is going to Sell this Signal...this one right here is Especially Rare!!!....i like the Simple,Attractive Design!!...and the Sequence is Great too..i believe the Entire Faceplate has to be removed to Access the Lamps,so maintenence would obviously be more of a challenge....Great Piece of History Reguardless of that.
