The pet rat TP tube tug of war!

For those of you who haven't tried it yet, cardboard tubes can be a lot of fun for mice to run though as a tunnel, beter yet though they can be used as a treat/puzzle toy for your rats!

Coat the very middle inside part with a little bit of peanut butter and then cup one side and fill with millet, shake until the millet covers the peanutbutter and voala! You have a rat treattoy! You can also use honey and any type of small seeds, whatever makes your rats go nuts. You can also thread a string though the centre and hang it from the top of the cage for an added challenge.

They have a lot of fun playing tug of war and trying to figure out how to get inside as well making thier owners have a good belly laugh from the halarity that insues from trying to greedily hoard something so big and klunky.

They look like some kinda butted creature when their heads dissapear :p They chew it up after a while but that's the thing about cardboard tubes, anyone with a butt always has them in supply!

lol there head is in the tube :P My rats always did that before they grow up and decided they did not want to play only tear it up and make a big miss :| (My sisters rat was an artist she chewed a heart right out of the tube :') )
