when i close my eyes and see at my hand with eyes close i see an orange and violet colour around my hand and sparks sometimes....its inposible to see when eyes are close....and i was at dark when i do this.......can you explain me some things i dont know about energy

@GoCrazy6000 : Physical is manifestation of spiritual there is a constant exchange of energy between physical and spiritual on both sides. Example: A physically healthy , spiritual man, becomes drug addict and abuses his physical body, he looses spiritual powers as well. A healthy physical person will most definitely raise his/her spiritual energy.

Faulty logic. You're telling me that food will increase spiritual power? How so? Does the flesh demonstrate power of the spirit? The flesh demonstrates power of the flesh. That which is flesh is flesh. That which is spirit is spirit. The two are separate from each other, even though our spirit is in our body, it will leave it someday. You're speaking of carnal physical things like food that only strengthens flesh.
