  • horrible horrible breathing.

    you need to take a deep breathe through your nose, than WHILE doing the exercise, you have to blow out the air through your mouth.

  • hey spanglord, i would prefer to drink out of a pink water bottle, because it would represent my respect for the breast cancer foundation, and by the way, breathing is important to working out, if your muscles do not get enough oxygen then they cannot function properly, so take your dumbass remarks elsewhere and dont be a negative shit.

  • Stop being such asses. Its clear that he was working out before the video and, therefore, is tired and panting. The idea is not to show how he works out great with perfect breathing technique, but to show the core exercises. And he really did a great job on that.

  • @HotIceMan1 i'm sure if u noticed but the audio is out of sync, hence why it seems like he is breathing like a moron. go to 1:09 to see what i mean

  • lol i can really see how people see him as funny because hes out of breath, but i would suggest to any one to try explaining your workout, while your working out and give a running commentary, its quite a skill! though yeah..... its still amusin, but good tips, so thanks!!

  • This was a great set of exercises, killed me but they worked. I do them now about three times a week and this has been doing it for about a month. Thanks....

  • Your butt is too high for the planks. I see too many people who don't straighten their bodies for planks. Why do the exercise if you're going to half-ass it?
