Archeologists and historians believed everyone who was involved with building it was throw into the fire for 2 Reasons. 1: To please the gods. 2: For fuel. They lit the workers on fire when they had done. It was a very important ceremony... (They believe this because they found human ash were they were excavating the remains, somwhat, a few miles from the coast)

i read from the civilopedia that this is not around anymore. it got destroyed in an earthquakea long time ago.
