hahah I STILL have the Z-Rock banner you can see hanging in the background of the stage in these Z-Rock clips from '90-'93. We had almost no budget, so I carried the banner from the station to the shows every week, then cut them down and carried them back. Eventually, I did lose one, it beamed up at the end of a show, but I still have the other.

I saw Gruntruck at The Offramp in Seattle in October 1993. I had turned 21 and moved to Seattle the week before. The Offramp is now El Corizon.. I saw several of the Pain in the Grass shows in 94-95, most notable Krist Novoselic's band "Sweet 75". I have pics somewhere I'll have to find.

mainstream music used to rule back then, now its all about the whiney emo and pop punk and worse these days, it sux, ppl need to pick up the guitars and rock like this again!

saw these guys with Alice in chains in moscow idaho on the dirt tour! oversold tickets to the venue and only let in 800 people to the concert. people were pissed so gruntruck stayed and put on a small street concert the next day!! Awesome!!!!

Mural Amphitheater. Seattle Center. I was there!
I think it was for KISW pain in the grass? Also saw them at The Moore and a few other places. They kicked arse!!
