I Love It Loud - KISS - Live in Halifax - 07.18.09 In this performance it is mostly Gene Simmons. He pours blood from his mouth and wretches on the bass. He gets pulled up in the air to the top of the stage to rock it. "I Love It Loud" is a song by the American hard rock band Kiss, released on their 1982 album Creatures of the Night. The song was written by bassist/vocalist Gene Simmons and guitarist Vincent Cusano. This was the last Kiss single to feature Simmons on lead vocals until "God Gave Rock 'N' Roll to You II" in 1991, and the last to feature Simmons as the sole lead vocalist until "Unholy" in 1992.
