You have a nice voice, just slow it down, it's a slow waltz. It looses it's dynamics when it's at this speed. You should also change your strumming volume from verse to chorus. You need to modulate the key up a full step from the first to second verse also. Just my opinion, a Kristofferson fan since 1972 and professional musician song writer.
