Does the Qur'an really teach terrorism?

Does Islam demand the death of all "infidels"?

Are terrorists following the example of Prophet Muhammed(pbuh)?

Is Islam a peaceful religion?

  • Let me say this Islam mean's submission and The word Islam originated from the the word Salam wich mean's peace.

  • @541515141741952 yOU HAVE NO EVIDENCE OF THIS

  • @3era8 that is because u r ignorant of the rules of arabic grammer,if u were not,u would know that there is a rule of the royal we,where though it is singular it is referred in plural to denote the majesty, the greatness of HE to whom it refers to!

  • in the sense u describe yes, but, the quran can be understood only from the whole ,and from the way the prophet and his sahabas understood and implemented it,if you do so with sincerity, you will find it so

  • @MrNamusu The Quran is an acontextual book. Try reading any passage and answer basic contextual questions like who, what, when, where, and why. You won't be able to. The closest anyone can get is to try learning how early Muslims understood certain teachings, and that NEVER helps to portray Islam in a positive light.

  • if u take verses out of context in any scripture for eg-bible,torah,veda"s u can find verses which u can use to say they advocate terrorism,i challenge anybody to refute this statement,so also, with the quran,

  • @gingerbreadcorpses (ANSAmed) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 16 - A Syrian sheikh who has been exiled to Saudi Arabia and has become one of the voices of the uprising against Assad, urges his followers, in television sermons that have been broadcast in Syria as well, to ''tear apart, chop up and feed'' the meat of all supporters of the current regime ''to the dogs,'' including all Christians. This was taken from the Jihad Watch.

  • @hugeworld28

Another quote from Muhammed in the hadith is: "whoever changes his religion, kill him."

If you cherry pick the good bits and not the bad, on what basis? And why has the classic islamic juridsprudence (fiqh) agreed on the death penalty for apostates? And why did Muhammed order the beheading of the Banu Qurayza tribe after they had surrendered? And why are disbelievers tortured in eternal hell, according to your Quran? For a non-muslim: not signs of a religion of peace.

  • @gingerbreadcorpses Oh, you mean like preventing thousands of terrorist attacks through informants, translators and even Muslim soldiers who have died fighting for America? Or were you refering to the Grameen Bank, a micro loan bank that won its Muslim founder a Nobel prize? Or were you refering to thousands of Muslim doctors worldwide that have aided in research and life saving services like free clinics. Oops!
