@annahudson76 I hope so too, I have the sort of mild case, where its just a blur vision, headache, then i get really ill and throw up, I afterwards fall asleep and the next day i feel a bit better, but i still suffer from a sort of head pain, If i move my head around i feel the pain on the front and back of my brain, Everyones different too.. Some people have different triggers.

I can tell everyone here that I have severe migraines and the only sure fire way to fix them in seconds is a big fat hit of crack my friend suggested it and it worked instantly
this is due to the massive amount of serotonin released I only use it when my vision goes black and white though and that's an extreme case anyone who knows what I am talking about when I say black and white will know what I mean. This is the best cure short of killing yourself to ease the pain

I agree that there is no cure for migraine. As you say, there's no (true) cure. All the preventative measures you suggest, I've tried, all to no avail. I have to depend on sumatriptan - but too much of it! I'm still searching for something better.

when you get a migraine, id suggest you do two things. One is make yourselves some really thin butter milk and sip it real slow. the other is observe how much water youve taken in during the last 3 days. usually, its dehydration that messes with your system. check it.
