@SuperMusalman No it does not say in the Quran al kareem, please do not say things if you do not know. in regards to instruments it is an difference of opinion.. one opinion by Imam Shafi permits instruments if the "nasheed" reminds u of Allah, His Messenger (pbuh) and another opinion is Imam Abu Hanifa's that Duff is the only instrument allowed. Maybe Khaleel follows the opinion of imam shafi.. simple and it is not haram astagfirullah.
