Excerpt from The Defining Moment Television Talk Show interview with Gayokla Nichi, Native American traditional healer & executive council member of the Native American Leadership Alliance.
I wish I could meet you, my brother suffers from depression and nothing is working so maybe some spiritual healing would help. You are a man of honor with a good soul. You should write a book and preserve your knowledge
@pileswool My 2 cents- I think illnesses in animals are caused, for the most part, by humans. We destroy their habitat to build housing, dams, mine coal via mountain top removal, etc. We poison their habitats, rivers, lakes and streams with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides. We poison the air. Our actions stress them, and cause imbalances in nature. Diseases spread, predators outnumber prey, bad bugs proliferate and damage vegetation, etc. We poison ourselves, we poison them.
It is hard to believe our current norm or economy and society that more people don't see this common sense. The world would be a much easier place to live if we all respected each other. I think the hate game of chosing pain to run ones life or getting enjoyment from it is a thing of self defeatism. Like over populated rats (no offense to anyone) we seem to make choices that eventually will thin out the population.
More of these kinds of interviews thank you :-) Love it!

No offense, but if we make our own illness, why do animals have illness?
