I wanna learn that breathing stuff!!! I attempted it when he said and lasted 1minute 1.5 seconds, is that good?

@axel999f Yes it is good. When I was a diver we learned a technique to extend the length of time you can hold your breath underwater, by hyperventilating beforehand. That is to say flush as much of the COS2 from your lungs as you can by taking several deep breaths, this delays the breathing response. It is the level of CO2 in your blood which triggers the breathing response. I can still do about 90 seconds these days. Longer if I practiced.
