  • This song and its lyrics are so intellectually and poetically rich. Does any know what this genre of music is called.?

your in luck its in youtube in parts

  • @BengalGuy77 - The irony is clearly lost on you. The sentences "You roam around with women without wedding them. You dance and sing together without shame" are ironic and to that effect are even repeated twice to drive home the joke. They are sung by the same woman with whom he roams around and dances and sings. Its a way for the performers to show that they don't take themselves too seriously.

  • this is clip is from film 'matir moyna' by tarek masud

  • How sexist, "The women's place is at home" and "The outside world is for the man"

What a weird song, but I guess it does sum up a muslims' ideology, Intolerant and only gives you one choice, "you're either muslim and you love allah, or u die" :P

  • who sang da song, anyone knows?
