@ZtarX79 I'd guess that the oceans are evaporating as they tumble into the earth's core, then the water floats back into the atmosphere and condenses. In other words, rainfall rates are probably through the roof during the events of this game.

Screw what FTA said i loved Mario Kart: Double Dash, it was the first video game I ever had! I think I got it when I was between 6-8, and I always hated Rainbow Road 'cause I could never win, but I loved the music and stage design. I used to randomly start singing lyrics to the Rainbow Road theme.

Both Holoska and Adabat are mostly water-based, so they're still intact...somehow.
