Ahh that makes a difference. I've also been looking at the Crate Palomino V32 2x12, is that American made?

Man, I do miss that amplifier. Too damn bad it kept blowing a Preamp tube by the third set while gigging...

Great amp isn't it?
I have the half stack.
But would you happen to know where I can get some info on these things?

@theworldsbestben3 Not really, I sold this amp years ago. As you can see from my posted videos, I've gone through maybe 5 main amps in 5 years or so. Got a 2010 Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifer on it way this week, and whether I like it or not, it will probably end my amp search. After that it's pedals. haha. I remember that the Vintage Clubs were built in the Ampeg factory in St. Louis I think? Other than that, I don't know too much.

Jesus. 20,000 views of an amp I owned for a few months. Wish I had a better camera if it was to be viewed this much.

So are there any major differences between this amp and the newer vintage series?

The newer Vintage series have/had EL34 tubes, not EL84.
And I think the newer stuff is Chinese made. Vintage Clubs were made in the Ampeg factory near St. Louis.
