  • solid. my only tip is dont think about it too much, attack the weight, shrug hard, and dont linger down in the squat. real nice though.

  • need to explode more, use the hips and throws the fucking elbows up like your going uppercut bow someone in the FACE!

  • work on getting your elbows higher, other than that just an overall harder shrug will help, looks good already though!

  • thought that was pretty spot on mate. if anything...maybe make the second pull more defined/stronger.
