solid. my only tip is dont think about it too much, attack the weight, shrug hard, and dont linger down in the squat. real nice though.

need to explode more, use the hips and throws the fucking elbows up like your going uppercut bow someone in the FACE!

work on getting your elbows higher, other than that just an overall harder shrug will help, looks good already though!

thought that was pretty spot on mate. if anything...maybe make the second pull more defined/stronger.
