photoshopcs4 is the avance edition and photoshopelements is a easter version

i just want to know how to change a photo up so i can put it for an insignia i cant change the letters or slice and remove a portion of the photo

i like hard work with the cs3 version
doing what he does there is TOO easy
the pogram does most of the work and basically you just pick the photo
if you do it in cs3 you have a proud sense that you have done from scratch
