i dont understand the ending after the credits. at the end of dear martel, maylee came and saved the guy, but what happened to leanne? and was that her mom at the very end? and i still dont understand if martel is related to leanne`s mom.

I just finished dear emile and im workin on dear martel but I cant get pass the one eyed statue with the lighter!

1. i think she wanted to die at the end, because during the game she would always say "i dont want to die without my memories" or something of the sort. 2. i was reading the comments and im like what sound? then i watched the video all the way through and just when im like "theres no sound..." it happened and gave me a heart attack :)

I'm not sure why the baby is there.

But I think it's sort of like a wish granted. The main character wanted a happy relationship mom/child but didn't have one when she was growing up. Now is her chance to start life renew. Although now she's the mother.
