Nothing wrong with being in shape. And nothing wrong with making yourself more attractive to women. But as the years progress in a healthy relationship, spiritual values trump narcissism.

@vwguyaz87 Same thing happened to me. I started lifting and getting athletic right before college and after my first year I just noticed the attention. Kinda makes me hate people...

enjoyed this doc. everything starts within the mind, but the mind and body has to grow together, both hand in hand. balance and then you can truthly grow in both, in all of our life path. Keep growing, and building.
