@HappyCabbie When I uploaded it I knew what would happen. The only bummer is the inability to upload videos longer than 15 minutes as I've only just started using that feature. IMO his account should be terminated followed by a lifetime ban. He only went viral thanks to the Gregory's remixing his double rainbow video anyways!!

@sheri226 No, he failed to take me to court and my video was reinstated. He says he will file a DMCA on me again but so far has not yet done so. If he does I will just do a counter notice again and we will do this dance until he gets bored.

My version of the video has Finally been DMCA'd. I hope his account burns for this. The countter notice is filled out. He just doesn't want people to know about what happened with LisaErinBrown
