Moving to San Francisco in two weeks. NOW I AM SO EXCITED!!!! :-)

Okay - because of you - I am going 100% Vegan.

I am so jealous! We have nothing like Rainbow Grocery around here. The closest similar thing is a co-op that is actually a good hour or so away from me and 98% of their stuff is just vegetarian. I need to move somewhere else... (But not California, no offence, but I wouldn't be able to stand a place without a proper winter.)

This video made me so hungry! I really wish there was more vegan food around where I live :( but you're right there is hope haha the food is out there we just need to get it available all over ! :)

Rainbow Grocery looks fabulous...hoping Dallas gets some similar markets besides Whole Foods soon. Great haul:)

You look beautiful! :)
what bags do you bring for bulk? (do they even let you bring other bags?)

@foreva21girl I bring meshy reusable produce bags - just look up "produce bags" on google and you'll find lots! They now sell them at Whole Foods and most natural food stores as well as online.

Some of those things look great. I wish that shopping here in Australia was easier. We have to shop in several places, in several towns, to get items. And the choice on things you would think would be common, like soy milk, is usually limited. Have been to Cali a few times, and I agree that the choice there is better. Jealous.

@DamoVegan We are definitely lucky in the Bay Area, but hopefully it's only a matter of time until these options are available everywhere! Continue to request more vegan options at grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, and if they hear it enough, they'll start providing them! PS. I'm jealous that you live in Australia. I want to go there one day.

It was AWESOME! Definitely go! Sugar Plum Bakery makes all sorts of vegan treats - you're lucky to be near them :)
