There are no set-in-stone number of reps as it depends on how long you've been working out. Here are the numbers for the average person (feel free to decrease or increase)
Plyo Squat (x15)
Explosive Pushup (x10)
X-Crunch (x5 each hand)
Squat-Pushup (x10)
Side Plank Crunch (x10 each side)
Split Squat (x5 each leg)

bahahahaha sorry dude i was buying your routine then i noticed something dat many people would not. at 4.55 i saw a major edit in your video were 2 clips are morphed into one to give the impression that you are doing the routine without rest but in fact you are not. FRAUD.

@stephodub2004 I know you are not serious! I have more than 170 videos with a combined 500+ individual routines, most of which are far more difficult than this. Do you really think I couldn't do 10 reps of a squat-pushup exercise non-stop??? When you film, there are many reasons why a scene may need to be retaken or re-edited.
