Enhancing Teachers' Critical Thinking Using a Major Video Collection
Sharon J. Derry is a professor of Educational Psychology. She manages several curriculum and instructional technology projects that focus on individual and collaborative problem solving, critical thinking, literacy, and basic mathematics. Derry also studies collaborative processes within interdisciplinary research and management teams. Current projects include cyber-enabled design research to enhance teachers' critical thinking (using a major video collection on children's mathematical reasoning); and International Perspectives on the Learning Sciences: Cre8ing a learning world.
