  • man, to the maker of this video, you look like you should be a character in a street fighter game lmao, and i mean that as a compliment

  • @KitchenerBombSquad Thank you for the compliment and for watching the videos!

  • when i kick the bag am i sapose to be on my tip toes or leave the foot flat on the ground?

  • @GGGG761 You should be in air when you hit the bag. Try to stay on the balls of your feet for speed before the jump. Good luck!

  • I have pretty good form for kicking, but I have a problem of leaping into it a little. is that ok?

  • @kaayvin Yes, the most important part is to get the form and technique down first. Once you have the basics then add speed, jump, and power. Good luck!

  • Well, my kneecaps are too high and too far to the side. This video convinced me of it: I will NEVER be able to get into martial arts. I'm screwed xD

  • great video and nice kicks only thing i can say is when you throw that left round house kick throw your right hand up to block your face same with the right kick just throw ur left arm to block ur face peace

  • @asokan0015 Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it!

  • great teaching.

    especially......

    Take time & go slow,

hit the back of the bag,

stop the bag, in the beginning of your learning.

I will remember all those points

    Thank you very much

    keep up the good work
