Sony vegas pro. It would have been better if i went through all frames per second, but that would have taken days.

To an extent the cruise ship bow hypothesis does hold up, but I can't get my head around the shapeshifting - especially in a stablised video I've previously seen. Its not just light, it's physical form. First thing to do would be check with the cruiselines if any were in the area at the exact date and time - I think that would disprove or at least merit that theory.

dont they ever heard a tripod? the best way to do when geting something important like this is...hold the camera to something stable..like the edge of the wall.

@boattrainpaddy Hello! This is one of my favorite UFO videos ever, very compelling indeed. The body of water in question is the Sea of Marmara borders Turkey. Video was shot off the coast of Istanbul looking into the Sea of Maramara.
