Tokyo Marui G17 slide stuck

i bought my Tokyo marui g17 from evike.com, i received it in the mail and assembled, i put the upper receiver on top like your supposed to but when i pulled it back it stayed there, the slide release does nothing even with the mag in or out. when i pull the trigger the upper receiver moves a little bit the trigger can only be pulled about 1/4 of the way.i have tried the slide releases on the side but they do nothing. i think it has to do with the spring. i'm wondering how do i disassemble it or fix it.

Before u assembled the gun, did u spray any vital parts with silicon oil?

@TKOspot Maybe something inside of the the trigger group in the lower frame caught on to something like the trigger-safety?

i t might be the internal hammer.. i dont think pushing it is helping... it might of jammed something u[
