When i clench my upper and lower jaw together,my teeth touch together, bu my front teeth on my lower jaw slide back behind the front teeth, is this normal?

@4evermason hey Taylor my name is yasiris and I'm 12 years old. What happen is that you have a open bite. A open bite is when you have a big gap in the middle of the upper jaw and the lower jaw like you said a big gap in the middle of your mouth. Well I think you need a jaw surgery but don't be scare it's going to be Okay. I wish you good luck 

Hi, my names Taylor and I'm 13 years old. I live in the UK and may need surgery on my jaw. The problem is, is that my top and bottom front teeth don't touch but my molars do. When I put my teeth together , there's a big gap in the middle of my mouth where my teeth are. I'm pretty scarf as the is my first operation. Please can someone tell me exactly what happens? @princess4389 Some of use need jaw surgery for Medical reasons, its not always cosmetic, I just had a Jaw Sugery and Brone Grapht because I had bone deteration, I would highly reccoment it, sure you may have great friends but corrective jaw surgery makes you look so much better, but if you inist on looking horrible thats your choice

I have a cleft palette but I got surgery to fix it but now I need to get jaw surgery

no way i would go throw all that pain just to make someone likes me!!! and i have Cleft lip and palate so my doc said i should do this but guess what i wont and yes my nose is half up half down, my lips dosent close and i have a funny talk BUT I DONT CARE!!! I HAVE A NICE JJOB, GREAT FRINDS WHO LOVES ME FOR WHO I AM AND YES A GREAT BOYFRIEND TOO!

I can relate to this video. I had jaw surgery last summer, it was on my upper jaw. My overbite was so bad that I couldn't put my lips together. I was had low self confindence , I limited my friends, I didnt talk to boys, I would cry when someone asked me why is your mouth like that and etc. I had to wait till i was 15 years old to have the surgery. Before my surgery I researched everything on jaw surgery including this video. Anyway i was really scared about the surgery. After the surgery i was
