I know you people are gonna disagree with me, but I honestly do not care. I spent 23 years in the Army Special Forces. The reason I joined the Army for SF is because they get the best training overall. The Navy, Marines, and Air Force's SOF's are not priority jobs, and are secondary side skills. In these you dont train constantly for SOF action, only in the Army you do this. In which makes them the most feared and most respected. You really gotta join to understand everything.

Actually, SEAL Train constantly for SOF action. Non-stop, 465 days a yea. Yes, I said "465" Thats a moddo. Army SF is good at what they do. SEALs are good at what they do. SEALs are more of a combative expert unit, Green Berets are mainly used for Training indiguous forces behind the lines. "Force multipliers". Military experts say SEALs are the most feared and respected unit in the world. Dont get me wrong, Green berets are great too. Im am by no means at all putting them down. We're all a team

Read lone survivor, the story of Seal team 6. 4 Navy seals left hundreds dead on a goddamn mountain in afghanistan in 2007 (If I remember).

Where were the SAS in Gulf war 1? Oh, I remember, the four convoys got lost and the foot patrols were comprimised. Fuck off, your a disgrace to your own special forces. So you know...I am army. also im no green beret im not even in the military im 16 but i go to the nurseing home and met a green beret from vietnam and he tells me stuff i didnt even know they did i think its fuckin awsome, prior to that i thought seals were the best but they got a major competitor green berets and still im glad to call them americans and they are protecting us both are

@khabibulin your right i agree SEALs are good at what they do which i mostly hit and run. before anyone gets pissed i respect both all the way both amazing. green berets are force mulitpiers but they also do other stuff such as go in with 180 pounds on thier back and take some place and deny the taliban from haveing it but like i said both are good but only berets do wut i said they are our only special forces everything else is spec ops. and again i respect both both are amazing and AMERICAN!

@29thID Actually, the most feared unit in the world is by far the SAS who are famed to be the best by some distance, never a failed mission - 6 men faced off 100's of attackers in a famous mission - purely the best.
