I personally think that Rock Band 2 is better than Guitar Hero.

Well, this is a downloaded song but Rock Band 2 imo has still more "good" metal songs in the game than Guitar Hero.

I think that Rock Band 2 is harder overall but it doesn't have that REALLY hard song like Through the fire and flames and Satch boogie in gh3/wt.
