@MsKristineBroski @cooldudethegreatspy in addition, eggs have the essential vitamin B12 which is not found in Any food in a vegan diet, which necessitates vegans taking supplement vitamin pills. fair enough doing this if all eggs available are from industrial farming utilities where the chickens live horrific lives, but there's nothing immoral about eating eggs from ur own chicken who u treat well. ur not killing or harming any innocent beings at all.

@cooldudethegreatspy Why? Chickens lay eggs no matter what. You cannot force a chicken to lay an egg. nonetheless, the eggs are not fertilized. So in no way what-so-ever are you hurting ANY animals in the process of eating an egg.

I believe you that she is a hen and you get daily eggs. The only reason I thought it might be a rooster was the large comb and bright coloring characteristic of a rooster. Either way the little girl is soooo adorable and so is the chicken.
