@syokusanagi this vid was added 2 years ago. since then there has been a sequel with an update plus another sequel. the next game is due to come out on ps3 and 360 in january 2011 and is appropriately called arcana heart 3.
so, to answer your question. people don't really play this game, but they will be playing ah3 when it comes out in a couple months.

this game is the first in the series. it was released for jp and american ps2. i recommend picking it up. if you can find it, it'll prolly be pretty cheap.
the sequel was also released for jp ps2, but had a lot of bugs/issues. so i don't recommend getting that one.
the 3rd game in the series will be released in jp arcades in the near future (maybe jan.).
