I tried it at McDonald's (McDonald's here has PayPass - which is compatible according to Google) and it wouldn't come up. I've heard though that it's sketchy with certain places. I haven't tried it since then and that was when it first came out; so it's been awhile and a lot has improved. I'll try it soon hopefully :) - We need more stores to adopt this; especially here in old old NC.

also cards get physical wear over time. i work as a cashier and i hate it when people give me old cards because i'd have to swipe it 10 times for it to come up on the machine
