This is after effects.

Slight flaw... The stream from the can is behind the back rim of the cup. you can also see a very small splash come from behind the cup 0:05, you see it come out about half way down the right side of the cup and travels at an angle down towards the table and disappears behind the edge of the table somewhere between the cup and the left hand of the guy on the right. Othe wise a great effect.... What can I say,I do close up magic, I'm observent.

Don't worry, I can barely put a disolve between two clips. Your clip was awsosme. I was just being a smart ass. LOL! I want to do an effect loke this with baseball batter swinging at a pitched ball and me walking around him or her pointing out the mechanics of a swing.

the cup was on the video where the guy moved it. on the second video, the cup was never there... when he started pouring "on the table" he used a spilling effect... nice job man! looks tight

You got it right! Except for the spilling effect part, That was the real spill/splash from me pouring.
