You're right, grammatically it is incorrect (or better: not accurate), but this expression has been involved in the German language (i'm a native speaker, i should know)
The english "you" can mean "du" and it can mean "man". It seams that "die ärzte" want to say "du". With this "you" someone who hears this song should feel as if "die ärzte" talk to him.
For I am a native German you can believe me that the Germans like to talk directly to the people with "du" and don´t like to talk "indirectly" with "man".
