Cork singer/songwriter plays the Guy Clark classic number Desperadoes Waiting for a Train at The Sky and the Ground in Wexford, Ireland on Thursday 15th January 2009. I apologise for the poor quality of the video but it was very dark at the gig, even though I was sitting only 10 feet from the artist.
@SteveStLaur Keep Music Live and we all survive mate it gives us so much and it is not clinical like the sound of a CD etc...

This is a brilliant take on this song. The sheer artistry overwhelms the limitation – the muddy sound – of the recording device. Guitar and voice working together perfectly, Thanks a lot to the person who captured this great performance.

Freddie White had an amazing voice when he was younger ... but nobody told me that it had gotten even better with age. A spectacular delivery of a great song!

Yes I was there in the Grapevine at 2am watching Freddie White, Barry Moore and many others. This brings it back. Have to catch him next time this poor immigrant gets back to the shamrock shore.

I saw Freddie White many many years ago (mid-70s i think) in a place in Dublin called the Grapevine - He had an amazing voice back then and is still as good (eveb better) today!
