This is how I like tutorials. Straight to the point with no small talk. I realize you must give the instructions to a audience with different levels of experience but some tutorials will describe in great detail how to create a title or even how to open Composer. I believe everyone is best served when you assume your audience at least know the basics of Media Composer and Boris and if they don't they need to start with different tutorials.
