Defrosting a turkey can be tricky, time consuming, and laborious. Knowing the correct time to thaw out a turkey is the key to make sure your turkey is not frozen, or partially frozen on your big dinner party day. Buying a frozen turkey is a great value, but defrosting a turkey, thawing a turkey, can be the biggest challenge that has pitfalls unless you have calculated the correct time it will take to defrost your big bird.
