Here in Key West, a town with such great community spirit, we believe we should be setting an example. Charlie Wilson, owner of the restaurant HELP YOURSELF FOOD is passionate about real food and with the help of her friends around the community, they chose to have a day of action on Labor Day, September 2009. The event was held in the beautiful tropical oasis known as Nancy Forrester's Secret Garden. During that day of action Charlie and her friends demonstrated the steps on how everyone could give their children a healthy start in life, teaching them about and nourishing them with the right food. The best place to start is at school! The day of action was a success. For more information contact Charlie Wilson at www.helpyourselffoods.com or email Charlie at foodmatters@helpyourselffoods.com.

  • EXCELLENT! We love that town -- we visit Nancy often. I guess we've been almost 30 times over the years ; )
